Ticket Order
Once you have decided on one or more event days, select the desired number of tickets in the corresponding price category. A seat-precise booking via the hall plan is required. Then please click on “Continue”.
You want to book tickets for different event days or seat categories? Then simply select the next event or seat category and proceed in the same way. Then add all selected tickets to the shopping cart. Finally, enter your personal data and follow the rest of the ordering process.

The protection of your data is an integral part of our customer service.
We attach great importance to the fact that you can have full confidence in us in the processing and use of all data about your person.
The data you entrust us with when placing your order is required for the processing of your card request. Any further use of your data will only take place if you give us explicit permission to do so.

You can reach the customer area via the “Help” button at the top right of our store by entering your full name, telephone number and e-mail address. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail to tickets@sixday.com
We offer you the option of ordering tickets at short notice via Print@home or Mobile Ticket. Tickets can be purchased via both functions until the end of the event. However, we recommend using the mobile ticket function as a last-minute solution.
We offer you an innovative, convenient and fast digital ticketing system instead of traditional ticketing by mail.
Digital tickets allow access to events without the need to ship tickets and therefore without shipping costs.
The prices quoted always include the statutory value-added tax. In addition, there is a booking fee of 1.00 Euro per ticket.
If you would like to receive your ticket by mail, please send us an e-mail to tickets@sixday.com. In this case, an amount of 2.00 euros will be charged as a shipping fee.
It is possible to purchase print@home tickets. The special thing about print@home: you can print out the tickets on your own printer directly after booking.
The procedure is very simple: you order on the Internet. At the end of the booking process, you can print a PDF that will give you admission to the event.
We also offer you the Mobile Ticket.
You can access these tickets directly after booking by clicking on the buttons “Add to Apple Wallet” or “GPay Save” or “Barcode”.
In addition, you can access your ticket(s) at any time using the link in the order confirmation sent by email.
You must bring the tickets to the event along with your ID card and digital proof of vaccination.
Your personal data and payment data are transmitted SSL-encrypted. This is indicated in the status display of the browser in the upper left corner of our store by the lock symbol.
We offer you the possibility to buy tickets without registering.
When you register, you can update your data, check and change your password in your profile.
When ordering via our website, your tickets are already firmly booked for you at the moment of your order. The Distance Selling Act (Fernabsatzgesetz), which grants consumers a right of withdrawal of 14 days for purchases over the telephone and the Internet, does not apply to ticket purchases. The sale of tickets belongs to the area of tourist services, for which the Distance Selling Act does not apply (§312g Abs. 2 Z. 9 BGB).
Cancellation of the purchased tickets is possible only in case of cancellation of the event.
We arrange tickets and offer you the possibility to book tickets for the event “Berliner Sechstagerennen” directly with us.
For you as an end customer, this means that we are your first point of contact for all aspects of your order and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the ordering process or your payment arrangements.

Payment options are:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
This is how it works:
1. When booking, enter your credit card number, expiration date and verification number in the “Payment” step.
2. If necessary, you will be asked by the issuer of your credit card to perform a customer authentication.
3. After successful authentication, you will receive a confirmation of your booking and can download your ticket(s).
4. Your credit card will be charged immediately after the booking is completed.
The debit from the reference account of your credit card depends on the conditions of your credit institution.
SEPA Direct Debit
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is designed to simplify payments in the euro zone. In this process, the previous account number is replaced by the IBAN (international bank account number) and the bank code by the BIC (key for the credit institution).
By providing your IBAN and confirming payment, you authorize Berliner 6-Tage-Rennen GmbH and Stripe, our payment service provider, to send instructions to your bank to debit your bank account. You are entitled to request a refund of the debited amount within eight weeks, starting with the debit date. The terms and conditions agreed with your bank will apply.
PayPal Express Checkout
This is how it works:
1. Select PayPal as your payment method when booking.
2. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal and log in with your login data.
3. Then confirm your payment with PayPal.
4. After the booking confirmation, you can download your ticket directly.
Bank transfer
Once you have completed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with all payment information.
The total amount must be transferred to our account, with your order number as reference/purpose. After your payment is received, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation and tickets. Please pay within 10 days. If the payment is not received by then, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
