Miguel Indurain helps launch Six Day Mallorca Tickets

Miguel Indurain kicked off the race to the Six Day Final in Mallorca yesterday by official launching tickets for the event.

The five time Tour de France winner spoke of his excitement for the one day final returning to the island and added “Mallorca has a great cycling tradition and the Palma Arena is one of the best velodromes in the world.”

Jaume Alzamora, Director of Agencia de Turismo de Baleares who support the event is looking forward to welcoming cycling fans back to the island and hopes to encourage even more to discover why it is such a great cycling hot sport. He said “Being part of the Six Day Series helps us to establish Mallorca as a true cycling destination.”
