A sparkling elite men’s line-up with a collective 29 World Championship medals will grace Phynova Six Day London 2019.

Riders from 13 nations will feature in a field packed with world-class racing talent, set to vie for glory at the Lee Valley VeloPark between 22-27 October.

2018 champions Yoeri Havik and Wim Stroetinga return to defend their title having claimed overall Six Day Series honours last season and will be the team to beat.

The Dutch duo also claimed victory at the inaugural Six Day Manchester and Havik won the first-ever edition of Six Day Hong Kong alongside Kenny De Ketele.

The London crowd will have a host of home heroes to cheer with triple world champion Mark Cavendish and reigning Olympic champion Owain Doull leading the Brit pack.

Six-time European champion Andy Tennant will also feature alongside Matt Bostock, with Jon Dibben and Chris Latham also representing the host nation.

In-form sprinter Caleb Ewan, fresh from three stage wins at this year’s Tour De France, will be partnered by 2015 Track World Cup winner Joshua Harrison.

Stephen Hall and Zack Gilmore will also represent Australia.

Olympic gold medallist Elia Viviani will be partnered with fellow Italian Simone Consonni – a serial medallist at the highest level with three World Championship and three European medals.

Germany’s Theo Reinhardt, who broke records en route to Six Day Berlin victory with Roger Kluge last season, will be joined on the boards by 25-year-old Max Beyer.

Andreas Muller and Andreas Graf featured at every stage of the Six Day Series last year and are back for more in London.

Seasoned Six Day pairings in Poland’s Daniel Staniszewski and Filip Prokopyszyn, USA’s Dan Holloway and Adrian Hegyvary and New Zealand’s Josh Scott and Huge Jones are also confirmed for the event.

Experienced campaigner Marc Hester and teenage star Oliver Wulff Frederiksen team up for Denmark while France’s Bryan Coquard and Donovan Grondin and Ireland’s Mark Downey and Felix English will also compete.
