19 October 2017
Whether it’s your first time at Six Day London or you’re a regular to the series, here’s our guide to helping you get the most out of your visit.

We’ll have to send you home to get it!
Dress to impress
Want to come in your cycling gear? No problem. Want to come in full Beefeater uniform? Even better!
Plan how to get to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
The best train station to head to is Stratford. It’s around a 20 minute walk through the park to the velodrome so plan for that in your travel timings.
Understand the events
Don’t know the mechanics of the Madison or the dynamics of the Derny? Fear not! We have created a helpful guide located here. You can also look out for the video explainers on the big screen before each race.
Get to know the Riders
In total 25 World Champions and 9 Olympic medal holders will be heading to London as well as home crowd favourite Mark Cavendish, this year racing with Peter Kennaugh. Check out the full list of riders here.
